Acceptable Use Policy

Scope
This policy applies to prompts, scripts, uploaded audio or files, voice clone samples, generated audio, account behavior, API use, downloads, sharing, and downstream use of Voicebench outputs.
Illegal and Harmful Activity
Do not use Voicebench for fraud, phishing, scams, illegal transactions, evading law enforcement, cyber abuse, malware, credential theft, harassment, threats, extortion, or instructions that facilitate illegal harm.
Adult and NSFW Content
Do not generate, upload, request, or distribute adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, fetish, or NSFW content. This restriction is especially strict for synthetic voice, cloning, dubbing, and character performance.
Minors
Content involving sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse, coercion, or endangerment of minors is prohibited. We may report suspected child safety issues to appropriate authorities.
Impersonation and Voice Misuse
Do not clone, imitate, or imply endorsement by a real person without permission. Non-consensual deepfakes, celebrity misuse, identity deception, biometric misuse, and deceptive ordinary-person impersonation are prohibited.
Intellectual Property and Rights
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, protected characters, branded assets, voice rights, likeness rights, or contractual restrictions.
Misleading Regulated Content
Do not generate misleading political, medical, financial, legal, safety, or emergency information. Do not present AI-generated audio as verified expert advice or a real person's statement without proper authorization and disclosure.
Moderation
Prompts, uploaded content, outputs, and account activity may be reviewed by automated systems or humans to enforce policy, protect users, prevent abuse, and satisfy payment or legal obligations.
Enforcement
We may refuse generation, return or withhold credits, delete content, restrict downloads, suspend accounts, terminate service, block payment access, or deny refunds for violations.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your inputs, uploaded materials, generated results, rights clearance, disclosures, consent, and downstream publication or distribution.
Reports and Appeals
Report abuse or appeal an enforcement action by emailing support@voicebench.ai with your account email, generation ID if available, and a concise explanation.
