Refund Policy

What This Policy Covers
This policy covers Voicebench subscriptions, credit packs, and one-time purchases when those products are available. If a merchant of record or payment platform processes your payment, that provider may also apply its own refund, tax, and dispute rules.
Refund Window
Unless a checkout page states a different window, you may request a refund within 7 days after payment. Requests outside the window may be denied unless required by law or caused by a verified platform issue.
Refunds We May Approve
We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, mistaken charges, unauthorized charges after account verification, unused paid credits within the refund window, or a verified platform failure that prevented normal use of the service.
Refunds We Usually Do Not Approve
We usually do not refund consumed credits, successful generations, downloaded outputs, commercial use after generation, accounts suspended for policy violations, requests after the refund window, or purchases made with inaccurate account or billing information.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails before producing downloadable audio, credits should be returned automatically when technically possible. If that does not happen, contact support with the generation ID for manual review.
Results You Do Not Like
AI generation is probabilistic. A successful generation that is technically delivered but does not match your subjective taste is usually not refundable. You may regenerate using your remaining credits.
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal. Unless the checkout page or applicable law says otherwise, access remains available until the end of the current billing period and unused time is not prorated.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@voicebench.ai with your account email, order ID or invoice ID, payment date, generation ID if relevant, and the reason for the request.
Before Filing a Chargeback
Please contact support first. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may lead to account restrictions while the payment provider investigates.
Payment Provider Role
Payments and refunds may be handled by Creem.io or another merchant of record. We may need to coordinate with that provider to approve, process, or document a refund.
