Acceptance
By accessing or using Voicebench, you agree to these Terms. If you use Voicebench for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
What Voicebench Provides
Voicebench is an AI voice generation workspace. Users can submit text, scripts, settings, and permitted audio materials to generate speech, voiceover, voice clone output, audiobook drafts, or podcast-style audio using supported AI voice providers. When paid checkout opens, users purchase access to plans, credits, generation capacity, storage, exports, and related workflow features. You are not purchasing ownership of Voicebench software or third-party model infrastructure.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and all activity under your login. Provide accurate information and keep your email reachable for service notices. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse credits, models, storage, support, or infrastructure.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription plans list the included credits, benefits, currency, and billing cycle on the Pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, plans renew each billing cycle until canceled. Payments may be processed by a merchant of record or payment platform such as Creem.io. The payment provider may handle checkout, taxes, invoices, payment disputes, and refunds according to its own terms.
Credits and Generation Allowance
Credits are usage units for generation. One credit roughly equals one second of standard TTS, but premium models, cloning, long-form generation, or provider-specific features may use different multipliers. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be subject to plan limits, expiration, rollover, abuse controls, and provider availability. We may adjust credit pricing or multipliers for future billing periods.
Cancellation
When subscriptions are available, you may cancel from billing settings or by contacting support. Unless the checkout page says otherwise, cancellation stops renewal and access remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not automatically provide prorated refunds for unused time or unused credits after a voluntary cancellation unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.
Refunds
Refund rules are summarized in our Refund Policy. In general, successful generations and consumed credits are not refundable, while duplicate charges, mistaken charges, unused credits within the refund window, and verified platform failures may be eligible for review.

You may not use Voicebench for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, non-consensual voice cloning, infringement, adult or NSFW content, sexual or exploitative content involving minors, hate, harassment, scams, malware, political deception, or misleading medical, financial, legal, or safety advice. These rules apply to prompts, scripts, uploads, generated audio, account behavior, and downstream use.

AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for your inputs, uploaded materials, generated results, disclosures, permissions, rights clearances, and how you use or publish generated audio. Do not represent AI-generated speech as a real person's endorsement, statement, or consent unless you have authorization.
Availability, Failures, and Queues
Voice generation may fail, queue, timeout, slow down, or become unavailable because of provider outages, model limits, storage issues, maintenance, rate limits, moderation checks, or traffic spikes. If a generation fails before producing downloadable audio, credits should be returned automatically when technically possible. If automatic return does not occur, contact support for review.
Intellectual Property
Voicebench software, design, trademarks, documentation, and platform content belong to Voicebench or its licensors. You retain rights you already have in your prompts, scripts, uploads, and generated audio, subject to these Terms, third-party model terms, and your legal rights in source materials. You must not upload or generate content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, voice, likeness, or contractual rights.
Termination and Enforcement
You may stop using Voicebench at any time. We may refuse generation, remove content, suspend credits, pause accounts, terminate access, or deny refunds when we reasonably believe there is abuse, legal risk, policy violation, payment failure, chargeback abuse, or security risk.
Disclaimers and Liability
Voicebench is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations, that every model will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Voicebench is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Voicebench in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
