Information We Collect
We collect account information such as email address, name, avatar, authentication identifiers, plan status, and credit balance. We collect product data needed to operate the service: prompts, scripts, uploaded audio or other source materials, voice clone inputs, generated audio results, generation settings, download records, support messages, and payment-related records such as order IDs, subscription status, invoices, refunds, and tax or billing metadata. We also collect technical logs: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, API requests, error logs, abuse signals, and cookie/session identifiers.
Why We Use Data
We use this information to log you in, generate and store audio, maintain your library, calculate credits, process subscriptions and refunds, prevent abuse, provide customer support, improve reliability, debug errors, comply with law, and communicate service or security notices. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication, database hosting, file storage, AI model processing, payments, email delivery, analytics, hosting, and security. These may include Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare R2, MiMo TTS, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Azure, Google, Creem.io or another merchant of record, email providers, and analytics tools. Each provider processes data only as needed for the relevant service.
AI Model Processing
When you submit prompts, scripts, uploaded audio, voice clone samples, or generation settings, we may send that content to AI model providers so they can generate the requested audio. Do not submit content you are not allowed to process, including confidential, copyrighted, biometric, or personal data unless you have the legal right and consent required for that use.
Data Retention
Account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion for security, fraud prevention, backups, and legal obligations. Generated audio and generation records are kept until you delete them, close your account, or retention is no longer needed. Voice clone source materials and embeddings are deleted after account deletion or clone deletion according to the product workflow. Payment, invoice, refund, and tax records may be kept for the period required by financial, tax, and legal rules. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain business records.
Your Rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may delete generated audio and voice clone assets where the product supports it. To make a request, contact support@voicebench.ai from the email associated with your account.
Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication, session security, language preference, and theme preference. We may use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand product usage, improve performance, and detect abuse. If analytics controls are available in your region or account settings, you may opt out there.
Security
We use access controls, signed file URLs, row-level database policies, and operational monitoring to protect user data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
Children's Privacy
Voicebench is not intended for children under 13, and paid accounts are intended for users who can enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as our product, vendors, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, sent by email or in-product notice.
