How credits work
One credit roughly equals one second of standard TTS. Premium voices, cloning, long-form rendering, and third-party engines may use multipliers. Failed generations that do not produce downloadable audio should be returned automatically or reviewed by support.
Subscriptions and credit rules are governed by our Terms. Refunds, acceptable use, and privacy obligations are public before checkout opens.

Do unused credits expire?
Credits roll over for the duration of your subscription. They do not expire monthly.
